I've had a billing issue since April 2022. Working with this company has been a painful experience, and their lack of transparency and communication leaves a lot to be desired.
I have been battling a billing dispute with Kindbody since 2022. They charged me with showing up to the West Loop location to have my eggs retrieved on 10/27/22 and a charge of $500. I NEVER WENT THROUGH WITH THE PROCEDURE. I never went to the West Loop location! I decided NOT to go through with the medical procedures after I received my ultra sound at the Wicker Park location! Start to finish the experience was attentive, knowledgeable, professional and tailored to my needs. Kindbody offers a diverse range of providers which is beautiful and valuable to see. Patients aren’t just a number. They truly care from start to the very finish. Had my second baby with Kindbody. The 1st was easy peasy. The he 2nd took work and more time.
