0 stars- Go to another clinic and whatever you do, do NOT agree to have Alvarez as your Dr. After Dr Beltsos left Alvarez took over my case and is making decisions about my cycle that I do not approve of and take issue with. He has 100% fail rate over the 3 months he “managed” my care. I have tried to give him a chance but he does not give a shit or has no idea what he is doing. RUN
I've had a billing issue since April 2022. Working with this company has been a painful experience, and their lack of transparency and communication leaves a lot to be desired.
