I have been seeing Dr. Lupu for many years. My last few appointments have been very frustrating. He seems more interested in his comuptor than in treating me as a patient. He discounts my severe allergies. My annual check-ups have turned into a quick blood pressure and temp check. And reviewing the statements from my insurance company, his office has been billing for services that never happened. On top of all of that - his office is literally falling apart (wallpaper peeling from walls) Time to find a new doctor.
