Very poor customer service. Ordered more than 5 days ago and they just remembered to ship today! What a shame. Know the product quality is good but with product quality only doesn't work. I wish I didn't buy from these guys. In US for only a week and thought they are prompt and will deliver on time. Now they started the story of business days and working days bla bla bla. I will travel and will have to get someone to deliver it to me in UK as I won't cancel my flight to wait for it to arrive. Shame!!
