We had our first swimming pool built a year ago. We knew little about maintenance, how to care for the new pool plaster and tile, how specific pool chemicals work or how to even interpret the ph level vials. We built a pool two years ago and this is when we were first introduced to Marshall. Being new pool owners we asked a lot of questions but Marshall was very patient, courteous and professional to listen to what we asked and would always take time to explain to us what we didn’t understand. He is prompt and informative each scheduled visit and has great communication skills.
