Worked with AY for my special dress and he worked with all my wants and requests. Answered all my emails, calls and questions. Very easy and smooth transaction. I can't wait to wear my dress and this is all thanks to Mr.AY! Couldnt be happier!
Showed up for my appointment (after flying down from Sydney!) and the store was closed. Rang them and they tried to tell us we hadn't confirmed the appointment, despite the fact I had an email from them confirming the appointment. They then started saying they had an emergency and people off sick. Not impressed at all.
