I just read Dr. Chiang's reviews, and I just couldn't believe the negativism on her. The times I've gone the staff has always been so nice and helpful. I've alway gotten an appt. without having to wait a month. The examination didn't feel uncomforable or hurtful, like some gyn's I've gone to . so she doesn't like tattoo and piercing...Lots of people don't like them!!! She's a doctor and knows that tattoos and piercing could be harmfuf to your body. I found her to be delightful and as a matter a fact just made my yearly appt.

I have been going to this sweet doctor for many years. All the staff has always been helpful. Dr Chiong has always answered my questions and made helpful suggestions. She makes me feel comfortable. She doesn't diagnose before test results come back , like doctors have done to me many times in the past. As for insurance and payments... I pay my copay or call my insurance to see what is and isn't covered before any procedure or testing. I highly recommend this office.
