I ordered several hundred dollars worth of items from them back in July. I emailed them shortly after to confirm the order. At first they responded saying that some of the items weren't in. At the time it wasn't a big deal. These items were purchased for Halloween. Since then I have been ignored. No response, no items, nothing. It's now Christmas eve and I haven't received anything I ordered last summer.

Ordered corset on February 14th. Still have not received purchase. Have sent messages via their website and dms in Instagram. Understood about backorder originally but it's been 6 months! I paid over $100. They say they'll look into it but they have NEVER reached out to me even though it clearly shows my order was not filled! Tried being a supporter of a small business but this one screwed me over.
Absolutely not! I will never order from them again. I purchased 5 items from them and it took months to send them to me. I had to request a refund via paypal. Paypal gave Violet Vixen a few weeks to respond to the request. If they did not respond or send out the packages, I would get my refund for the items. Literally, the very last day of the time period PayPal allotted them, they printed out the shipping label for my items. Because of that, PayPal refused to give me a refund. *Wish I could give ZERO stars- at best, 1/16th starBut, I have to give 1 star just so I can post (this): Buyer BEWARE! This "company" has SERIOUS issues with delivery AND communication. I have bought two items (the first one on 6 Sept. 2020 and the other on 25 Sept. 2020) and amSTILL WAITING for the FIRST item purchased to arrive (it is now- UPDATED (TO:)- March 14, 2021).
