Received curbside service Monday & 3 days later on Thursday the Smok Novo 2 suddenly wont work on the charger anymore. The customer service here is terrible. My last vape shop closed down and this one is now the closest to my house and I'd rather not have to buy coils or juice from here. The workers are very rude. Called and asked about a coil and they were out of stock, most people at vape shops let you know if they have any other coils that would also fit the tank, not them.
