I just came home from a six week stay at Violet Springs Health Campus. After spending three weeks in the hospital being treated for an infection, I need rehabilitation and physical therapy. I really never expected to function normally again. The Nurses and aides took such wonderful care of me, monitoring my medications and daily routine. Would give 0 stars if I could my experience was horrible! Went to visit my wonderful grandmother and all I heard from staff was a bunch of gossip and then complaining about the elderly that they had to care for! Also heard the staff spreading rumors about other staff like this is a business where I'm expecting my grandma to be taking care of not a highschool! So much drama going around!
Violet Springs truly cares about their residents. From maids that clean the Independent Living every other week to Happy Hours and great experiences folks truly feel appreciated and cared about. If you're looking for a great place for your loved one look no further than Violet Springs Health Campus! You will definitely be thankful you did!
My 83 yr old mother and I were stuck in TN with my ENTIRE family. Katie B, helped facilitate every step of the way of getting out of the hospital and into Violet’s rehab. We were stuck for days in the hospital with no end in sight. She got authorizations and worked directly with me even more than the hospital case manager. She has saved our mental health and we look forward to Violet helping my mother after emergency surgery. You pray for people like this when you have no one else helping!
I have had the pleasure of helping numerous clients transition to living at Trilogy communities. Each time, I am amazed at the care, compassion, and quality service that these communities provide.
