Not clean at all! Bunch of cats all over! Pot holes all over! If you don't mind all that very quiet and peaceful.
It's a good place to live if you stay to yourself and don't leave anything remotely valuable outside or it will disappear. Avoiding neighbors is a really good idea. Too close to each other to end up hating one another. Couple of old bitties that love to get in anyone's business and keep the drama stirred up. Avoid them and the thieves, life here can be nice.
