I switched to Dr. Maldonado after seeing Dr. Serrano during my pregnancy. Very disappointed in the care I received. Long wait times, poor communication or caring from staff. Constantly repeating the same information at each appointment. Postnatal care was minimal, I had to advocate for myself to get pelvic floor physical therapy. Dr. Maldonado is amazing! I established care with her during my second pregnancy, and my whole pregnancy was a great and smooth experience. I ended up requiring a c section during my labor, which she performed herself. I was terrified as I did not expect to deliver via c section, but her and the L&D team at east providence were very supportive and guided/comforted us throughout the whole procedure.
