Nanaimo’s Best Kept Secret! My usual salon closed unexpectedly and I was able to get an appointment at Violet Hair Lounge. Paul took some time to listen and assess my hair then made suggestions to change colour in a new direction. Wow! I absolutely love love love it! Paul you are an artist! I enjoyed the spacious, bright salon with beautiful windows and the whole experience was exceptional. Thank you I’ll be back!

The new salon location is over the top. Elegant, with a great vibe, that will make anyone feel special. Paul knew exactly what I needed (my damaged hair was not healthy), with a trendy new cut, and he was super fun to hang out with, making the experience the highlight of my day. Be sure to check out the bathroom when you are there, it's so beautiful, you won't want to leave.
Summer did an amazing job on my hair! Phenomenal scalp massage. Haven't been to a hairdresser in so long, and she is so kind. She made the experience so comfortable. Will be recommending to everyone, and will be back!
Chiaki is a phenomenal hairstylist with great natural instincts and a wonderful, friendly vibe. She took the time to explore options with me and was an excellent communicator throughout my entire visit. I love my haircut and will definitely be returning!
