An absolutely great firm, highly recommend! They took care of everything, made it very easy for me and were very professional.
Charles was very attentive when we contacted him for our front and backyard work after hearing positive things about Violet Crown. He is extremely kind and knowledgeable, and he gave us a lot of guidance. He even discovered something that we had been neglecting for a long time. We had to abandon our project due to budgetary constraints, but we were quite pleased with his work.
Very happy with the job from start to finish. Took a minute to get on their busy calendar but worth the little wait. Charles was our Design Specialist and was always available to me. He completed the job just as promised and on time. A great company.
Our backyard was totally renovated, with turf, hardscaping, landscaping, and a pergola added. When I made revisions to the design in the middle of the process, Charles was incredibly professional, accommodating, and patient. In addition, he gave us great advice on how to choose designs that would suit our needs, our budget, and our overall aesthetic. We will absolutely give him another call when we're ready to tackle our front yard.
