My fiance and I booked our engagement party here and I’m so glad we did! Everyone there is so helpful, I first met with Steve and he showed me the space and I instantly knew this was where I wanted to have our party. The absolute WORST venue tour experience I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the entire interaction felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The way we were spoken to, the tone that was used, and the overall treatment left a very bad impression. Honestly, it felt like we were being judged based on our appearance and, quite frankly, I couldn’t help but feel that there was discrimination based on the color of our skin. I recently had a baby shower for my sister at the Violet Cactus, and everything was so beautiful. The ambiance was amazing, and the amenities that come with the package definitely take all the extra stress away. Everyone was so professional and kind, and they didn't miss a single detail. Karen was there making sure everything was set up and running smoothly, and she was so professional and amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone hosting a small or intimate event. Beautiful Venue! Karen and Tina were both so pleasant and friendly! 18th birthday is very special in our tradition and can take a lot of work. During the stressful setup and throughout the use of the venue, they made me feel comfortable and welcome and did a lot! Thank you girls!
