I originally had left a poor review due to a error with a miscommunication from the florist when i wanted two bouquets and the manager had promptly reached out to me to address my issue. Long story short the manager understood my concern and apologized to me profusely for the error on their end and every credited me for the error so I greatly appreciate a company who can understand an error and making it right on their part. Once again Kali and her staff hit it out of the park. I ordered flowers for my daughter-in-law's baby shower; as I did for my daughter's baby shower earlier, and they were absolutely stunning!!! Truly love their flowers. Will keep coming back. Thanks again Kali for all your talent!
The staff is so friendly, accommodating and they makes sure you get exactly what you want. The prices are so reasonable, even with the upgrades to more expensive flowers. Once I placed my order I didn’t have to worry about anything. The flowers were delivered on time and were more beautiful than I expected. I will never use another flower shop again. Thank you for making this such a simple process during such a difficult time.
