Very rude and unprofessional. I was denied any help for no reason the woman on the phone wanted to argue with me about a case I already had with them and wouldn't allow me to continue and kept talking over top of me.
I just don't understand why there's terrible people in this world.I don't understand why places like this exist, they lie. I'm too exhausted to even explain what they did. I know the weather is getting colder and I have 2 kids.
Safe Haven. Staff is amazing.
This place is absolutely unethical and the staff there is completely incompetent. The program that they call themselves running is a complete joke and they are not educating ladies about domestic violence prevention. Case management services to help with an individual housing and other resources are not given equally to every client that is at the facility.
