I have been seeing dr Viola for about 20 years as my PCP. She is kind and engaging. Sometimes you do have to encourage follow through with certain medical issues. Overall she is wonderful
This place was a great let down. Anxiety & confusion filled my mind when I stepped in hoping to receive genuine answers and relief, but I felt completely unacknowledged. In my appointment, I certainly felt my concerns weren't attended and importance wasn’t put into it. Instead of coming up with a real solution for how I suffered with my condition, all my questions were left unanswered. I went in with my husband, and we arrived 10 minutes early, only to end up waiting over an hour. When we finally left the doctor was just sitting alone in a room which made the long wait even more frustrating. Seeing a doctor act so selfish and uncaring when dealing with patients in agony is just really upsetting. Pain is a dirty little secret of medicine sometimes and doctors can focus so intensely on their doctor job that they forget how much every person is hurting. Would not recommend using Dr Viola. The staff lied on a referral to another dr. My blood pressure rose when I had to deal with Crystal. And, the nurse never smiles!!
