I am so excited to see the amazing elevations being implimented here! This management and care team truly care and it shows! They actively listened to my needs, wants and feedback and followed through with real action, providing everything I requested. I had a super relaxing experience with my hydrofacial service today . Lots of turn over at this place. The one AMAZING esthetician, Imani either left or got fired. She was a GEM. I will be canceling my membership bc of lack of knowledgeable employees. Everyone seems new every time and it's a different receptionist every time I go which is monthly. I have been in the beauty industry for over 17 years and have never experienced this type of problem at any spa. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this place. Not only was I overcharged as a customer that has been going here for years, but when I reached out for assistance, the managers were completely unhelpful. It's frustrating to be treated this way after spending my money here. I will definitely not be returning and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
