I have not been to a two week follow up for the filler or botox because they keep canceling! You charge us $50 to cancel like they've canceled mine, I've had 5 appointments with 3 of them canceled,with a call today saying the durham office is closing if i want my appt for TOMORROW, ill have to reschedule for Holly Springs location!? I'd like a refund on the Syringe and a half of filler that is there, since it's a problem getting in and I don't care about the membership botox I have left or anything else, but this is beyond r... read more
