Do not recommend. I called and made an appointment via phone & the day before my appointment, I had gotten sick. I called and left a voicemail saying I needed to cancel my appointment for the next day. Then, I get charged $75 and I’m not even sure how this company has my credit card information. After looking at their website, it states the 24 hour cancellation policy - but I left a voicemail the day before and was sick? I think it’s really important to share what Radiofrequency Microneedling did to my face. This device should be banned. Ruined my skin texture permanently, destroyed my sweat glands & melted and fused the fascia/fat/muscle together.
I have gotten fillers here and a hydra facial. Both services were a 10/10 experience. Good customer service and the results speak for themselves! Maybe one of the best facials I have had
