Very good service. Staff were very patient and helpful and provided all the information necessary, to help with the process. I Highly recommend VINZ Penrose.
Good service and quick, although my vehicle failed the Team were very helpful to help me refer to someone who could remedy the faults found in a WOF inspection
I visited this store on friday 30th august around 3:45pm. Just went in to ask a simple question and was greeted with an extremely arrogant, sarcastic and rude old kiwi woman at the front desk. Joined by an old kiwi man they were both extremely unnecessarily aggressive. Seems like they both had very overinflated egos. Very disappointed as I visit this store very often but this experience makes me not want to go back. I wouldn’t want these people working for my company.
