First time taking my vehicle to VINZ for a WOF, and I had a great experience. The ladies behind the counter were so friendly and even gave me a discount as a first time customer. The guy who assessed my vehicle also went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted so my vehicle would pass. I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending this place to my friends and family
I had a wonderfull experience bringing my Ute in from Australia ..the gentleman who served me was extremely helpful .. the changes that I needed to make were a small price to pay for having a safe vehicle on the roads in NZ
This place is like my Local VTNZ was before the good (i.e. friendly and helpful) people all left and were replaced with, well not good people (i.e. unsmiling not friendly without a clue). Just proves its the people that make the business especially the smiley happy testing guy and friendly lady behind the counter. It always helps that the building is neat and tidy, clean and pretty new, but I suspect that is the pride of the staff. Walked in this morning for a WOF on the spot. The lady at the desk was really nice and welcoming. Lovely bunch of people in there. Me and my girls felt comfortable. I had my 13 year old girl and her two toddler sisters with me. It was cheaper than I expected. Thought it was going to cost me about $90 for a WOF but ended up costing me $63 and I got a loyalty card which I thought was a bonus. The discount really made my day to be honest.
