Came here for the first time based on their Google reviews. I was very nervous because it's my first time needing a WOF in Hamilton. I explained this to the woman at reception and was immediately put at ease with her great customer service. She took some details, took my keys and the car was pretty much in and out. There was no wait time (standard business hours). I failed my WOF but the technician was friendly and showed me why. I agree with his decision and it was fair. Really disappointed with my COF experience at VINZ. I normally get my COF done at VTNZ, but on the day there was a massive line, so I decided to come to VINZ thinking it would be quicker and save my time. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst decision. My vehicle was failed due to an issue related to cargo netting. I won’t go into technical details, but I have been passing my COF for the past 3 years with the same setup at VTNZ, Smart Auto Clinic, and other inspection centres without any problems. Super friendly customer service only 15 mins wait for WOF . I didnt need to book nice clean waiting room 1000 percent better than ( vtnz). Hamilton branch highly recommended. Will be back. So glad I found this place.
