My mum went in yesterday and the lady at reception was the rudest person, gave undertones of racism and completely ignored her for 20 min and severed other people before her. Communication was awful and not impressed!!!!!! DISGUSTING

Do not recommend. Purchased a car that had been through here twice first time slight crack in the brake light passed and failed as some rust. Rust repairs done and taken back for recheck which failed stating cracked brake light (barely damaged) which had passed previously then stated crash bar was rusty this was not acknowledged on previous WOF. On removing the bumper crash bar was not rusty took photos to prove this was the case but a bracket which was not structural was in which photo was also taken. My husband went in thi... read more
