Quick, kind and professional
There is something absolutely terrible wrong with this place. It was extremely frustrating. When I went there for an inspection, things that had been passed for the last three years were suddenly picked apart over very minor issues that didn’t even make sense, and they failed the inspection. When I questioned them, they came up with unclear and unprofessional answers that didn’t justify anything. On top of that, the staff were rude—very rude. My mum went in yesterday and the lady at reception was the rudest person, gave undertones of racism and completely ignored her for 20 min and severed other people before her. Communication was awful and not impressed!!!!!! DISGUSTING
