This place a joke Thay don't know how load Trails by stops go out of route to get there and back the other side of town to other stop where you just come from in that morning is a joke beware
Great manufacturer love the products and services!!
These windows are technically only warrantied for 1 year! This is because the labor is not covered after 1 year even if the windows need to be replaced due to a manufacturer defect. What good is a free window when you have to pay the labor to replace! The hardware that holds the windows in position is basically crumbling apart on several windows and the seal is defective on many after only having them for about 3 years. I keep trying to call Vinylmax to ask a question and I can't even get anyone on the phone. I keep getting hung up on. I called the number listed on the website. If that is not the correct number you might want to update the web page.
I had 6 windows and one sliding glass door installed using Vynlmax windows, by a contractor. 2 years later, AFTER multiple repairs, 2 of my windows are no longer functioning, (they need to remain closed at all times) and my sliding glass door will no longer lock. I was told by Vynlmax that they would send the broken part for the 1 window to a local shop, and I would have to go pick it up and fix it myself. I have no idea how to fix that so there will be an additional cost for me to have someone come in to repair their window... read more
