It won't let me edit my review... but wanted to add... NO INSULATION installed around any windows, caulk isn't white, NO DRAINS on the windows. More than 80% of them are covered in caulk. Windows crooked, not level. Absolute shit windows, manufacturer has so many faults too. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MY 17 WINDOWS NEEDS TO BE RE DONE. EVERY SINGLE ONE
If you like broken windows,cracked glass, missing trim, caulk everywhere, and very sloppy shotty work these are your people. I was in tears talking to his receptionist, as his crew left.. They don't speak a word of English, when your showing them mistakes. I have nest cameras everywhere in my home. I literally had to show them each window 3x about how bad the work is. They did 0 clean up in my home. Spent 4 hrs using goo gone to clean all the caulk smeared on my floors, they didnt put anything on my floors to protect them. T... read more
