Service has been terrible. Installation was fine, everything operates ok, except a lock on the patio door we requested 10 months ago before the door was installed. They agreed to add the patio lock. When it was delivered there was none. They said they could add it later. After repeated calls and emails over a few months we finally had the owner come and do the lock. We have used their services in 2018, 19 and 24. The work has been done perfectly and in timely manner, and their pricing has been competitive. Thank you for all of your hard work, making our old, small house feel new and large. The bay window is fantastic!
If you’re looking for a company to come cut and install new windows look no further! Tisha did a fantastic job on our new basement windows. Couldn’t be happier with them!
Andrey was great; he patiently listened to my questions and explained my options. Tisha and his team did an excellent job installing the windows. They exceeded my expectations, even pointed out a minor defect in a window screen and replaced it quickly. I anticipate I'll have Vinyl Window Pro replace my doors in the future. High quality, good value.
