Windows appear to be well built and claim to be energy efficient. Customer service is very poor. I tried calling them for 4 days with no answers to calls, voice mails and email. I finally tried 6 extensions provided by their company directory and reached Human Resorurces who transferred me to a Project Manager. Since the company is in Canada, they cannot provide the US Manufacturing Code necessary to declare their windows on your income tax.
Ordered several Awnings and Casement style in black. After 4 years, absolutely no issues . Work perfectly. Installation is key and they are well done.
