I rarely write bad reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. Customer service was inconsistent. Calls and emails were often ignored or delayed, and I had to consistently follow up to get basic updates. They were filled with a lot of hot air. A lot of condensation between the panes, poor workmanship, and the windows were sticking. I don't recommend their products.
worst production environment. People are racist specially Junior who's taking extra payment from this agency to retain people who cannot communicate in English.
The had Vinyl Window Designs windows installed when we moved in 2016, and were told by the installer that we had a lifetime warranty. Over the past few years we have been noticing more and more if the windows getting moisture buildup. The company that installed is no longer in business, and when we called Vinyl Windows Designs they told us they wouldn't come out to fix the issue because we couldn't find a piece of paper with our warranty. Owner of a black wide body RAM truck swerved and caused near-crash accidents just shows how irresponsible, unprofessional, and dangerous the people work here. Bad image to put out there. Will be filing legal proceedings to authorities.
