Worst call center/customer service ever. Do not give them business. They harrass and harrass and show up at your house un-invited. I have asked politely and aggressively over 6 times, including in person to be removed from sales list. I just got another call today! They call my wife the same amount and do not listen to her either. Companies like this should not be in business. Run and Hide.
Vinyl Window Broker is a scam company and harrasses customers non-stop. I have made an ENORMOUS mistake allowing myself to listed to their door-to-door salesman false pitch that you'd be able to get new windows for "free" and giving him my phone #. Bad bad mistake. After realizing soon enough and cancelling the appointment with Vinyl Window Broker, they continue to call me from new number or worse yet - a blocked number that appears as "Unknown" on my phone - literally every week or so.
