So we contacted them for a broken clip on our window which resulted in our window holding moisture between the two panes of glass as the gas seal was broken. One man, the owner I think, shows up to measure the window and doesn't take his shoes off walking through our house. That put us off a little bit, but whatever. That was October 1st. We were told 3 week delivery and we are now on 10. That’s okay with them, and we are not allowed to cancel . Terrible customer service
I had several windows installed in 2 different properties. I was very pleased with the quality of the installation and appreciate that the windows are made in PEI. This company was professional and thorough; the office staff were especially friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
Windows ordered and paid for and it's almost 3 years and still no windows. The excuse is they don't have anyone to install them. If you can't follow through and finish the job. DON'T be taking orders and payment for Windows.
