Their name says it all! Vinyl Pool Pro, (emphasis on Pro) We installed an inground pool using a reputable pool company. They did what we thought was a great job & thought they would always take care of us regarding servicing our pool. 1st two years all was good. Then they're service began to decrease. We originally chose Ken to install our pool because of his years of experience in custom-designed pool installations. What we discovered was that Ken also provided site analysis, design expertise and tremendous insight, allowing us to maximize the visual impact of the pool and the beauty of the space. I have worked with Ken for several years, first for the construction and later the renovation of an in-ground pool. Ken always provided very fair pricing, and he is very knowledgeable and creative when it comes to pool building and maintenance. Ken is easy to get along with, and strives to provide the best service possible. Because he works alone, Ken at times gets called away to attend to urgent needs from his customers, which can slow down progress. But he eventually comes through and finishes the work.
