They installed our flooring in 2023. We are now having major issues and they will not respond. Our flooring is buckled in some areas peeling in others and falling completely apart in others. They were so nice when they installed and even when I first reached out to them about filling a warranty claim but over a month later they have ignored all forms of contact. Do not use this company
When I first got a quote, Billy Yates, the owner himself came out to measure my home and drop off 3 samples to me. Very professional and nice; and so were the installation guys, Bo and his crew with Vinyl Plank 4 Less, they did a fantastic job on my floors They look Beautiful and complements my kitchen and walls.
