just got new floors from vinyl plank for less in spanish fort . had to get the floors from a pipe burst . Bobby was our rep and since we had to move out of the house with our children, we were stressed. Bobby and the company got us new floors and their crew was very professional and the floors look absolutely fantastic. they got us back into our house quickly and most importantly, my wife is pleased as can be.
They like to hang up on you when your trying to talk to someone.
Was visited by a consultant who was very professional, courteous, helpful and made sure that I saw all samples she had. Consultant made available to me their website to check out other samples. Very satisfied.
We bought from Billy and his son. They were great during the process, however the Fort Myers Florida location has closed and now we are having issues with our flooring. I've been in contact with the management in Alabama (we have a lifetime warranty) and many months later we still haven't gotten our floors repaired. They can no longer get the flooring that we purchased and the installer they are using here isn't cooperating with them in coming out to assess the damage.
