JUST HAD MY THIRD HOME GET NEW VINYL-LITE WINDOWS INSTALLED-I AM HAPPPY ONCE AGAIN.NO PRESURE AND THE WORKERS DID A CLEAN JOB.
Vinyl Lite should stop lying to and abusing its customers and shipping poorly fabricated products.
Potentially good design but with extremely poor fabrication quality control. Custom fabricated garden window was out of square appreciably, sloppily constructed joints, and oddly had a crank for opening only one of the two top ventilation windows. The glass shelf was appreciably undersized and the window screens fit poorly -- leaving gaps between the screen and the window frame. Repeated promises to replace wrongly sized glass shelf and screens were not kept and the company representative will not answer emails or phone ... read more
RecommendedDid my 8 foot sliding doors....... Amazing. Super fast, super clean and no headaches. I was kind of sketchy taking the lowest bid, when all the others wanted way much for money.... and gave me pounds and pound of paperwork about the craftsmanship. Went to the showroom, and that was enough for me. Great job entire crew. Windows next on agenda.
I have worked with them twice, once for a whole new set of windows and again for some new sliders with a custom job adding a dog door...they have been the best with service and assistance getting straight to the good part of what you need and not flowering up everything. Straight forward, local and reliable. Thank you for both projects. 100% recommended.
Excellent and thorough window company. Definitely offers a superior product and experience than some of the other local home improvement companies in the DC area.
