Not sure how they are even a company?? I received an estimate for railing around my back deck over a month ago. I thought the price was right and was excited to get it done. I sent the rep who came out to bid 2 separate emails with no response back. I called their office to see if they could get me I touch with the rep to get started on the job. Josh came to my house a week ago to measure and write me up an estimate. He said it would take a couple of days. It’s been a week. I haven’t heard anything. I called, texted, nothing. No communication. The receptionist Reagan was rude as well. I wouldn’t recommended. I don’t care if the estimate isn’t done just communicate that. Very poorly ran business. I saw another review about bad communication so it makes sense.
These guys know their stuff and besides providing exactly what we had hoped for, they go above and beyond to make sure that everything is right. I really appreciated that they would run things past me to double and triple check before making anything permanent. The sales staff, the install teams...everyone I dealt with is kind and professional. This company lack of communication is ridiculous. I had my fence done back in March and just now settling my account. Twice I had thought I had paid my account told it was paid, only to find out over a month later they never actually took it out. this happened twice. They don't even communicate with each other as a company. Josh, Hunter and Robert what a freaken joke. Not the way a business should be ran.
