Awesome company, did a fence install a few years ago. Now needed a few posts and caps. Got it in 15 min and they are still the same!!!
Overall, I had great experience with this company, but the aspect that really stood out was their installation team. Took down our old fence and put up the new one within 10hrs. Ran into a little issue with the survey assessment and damage panel sections but was all addressed during build day. Lastly, the pricing is reasonable and competitive.
I am sorry it took me a while to write this review but the public should know how truly professional Direct Fence is. In 2022 I had a sand color vinyl fence installed at my home. Fast forward 3 years and the fence completely discolored, started cracking and scratching. I called the main office and they sent Abel (the site manager) out to inspect the fence. He determined that the fence was indeed defective and advised the office that it needed replacement. The company also stated that the sand fence was not their product but ... read more
They were great on time, and got the job done with no problem and explained to me along the way what how and why if there were any changes to be made along the way. I'm really happy with my fence and no gimmicks with the price that's an extra plus for Direct Fence
Direct Fence did an excellent job in our backyard. They were professional, prompt, responsive and reliable. Definitely recommend their services !
