Unresponsive customer service and poor quality We should have known that a company in Sacramento willing to sell and install windows in San Jose area might not be the best choice when it comes to warranty and customer service. This company made promises that they will serve us and offered the warranty that would take care of any wear and tear on the window screens. Best Product at the Best Price!!!! VD came in under 1/2 of Sears for an estimate for 9 windows both rated .30, Sears had a 10/10 parts/ labor. VD had a lifetime/10 upto the first 3 windows.6- 5'x3' sliders, 2- 5'x3' fixed, & 1- 3'x3' slider. he sales man Chris McLean was very nice 9162200547. I'd say they are the best at the best price...and as far as the 1 star review from Green Earl is a sham. A competitor that writes dirty reviews is just that. Amazing entry door – I recently purchased a new entry door from Vinyl Designs. It took a long time to get here, but totally worth the wait. The door totally changed the exterior look of my home, and I have been getting so many compliments on it. It is great quality and even energy efficient. I am so glad I spent the money on it and am excited that it increased the value of my home. I highly recommend them.
Very helpful – We decided to replace our fiber cement with the new vinyl siding-wall system-and I have to say it was the best decision! Our energy bills have gone down and the outside noise has been reduced greatly, that was something we were not expecting but was a nice bonus. The crew did a great job and cleaned up daily and was professional in all aspects of their work. thank you so much for my "new" wonderful home.
Great results from Both new siding and Patio Cover – I have have Vinyl Designs install new Preservation insulated siding on my home and I could not be happier. My home looks great, it is quieter, and our fuel bills are much lower than before. The best part is it will always look this good. The new patio cover made our back yard look great and we can actually use it in the summer without getting roasted by the sun. I highly recomend Vinyl Designs.
First Class all the way... – Three or four months ago my wife talked me into getting some new windows for our home and finally I caved in. We made the appointment and their Area Manager Andre Lamar came out personally and he gave us an outstanding power point presentation about the company and also about energy savings with the our proposed new windows.
