Avoid this company at all costs. They are responsive only while securing your business. After that, they promise to reply to your support requests (e.g. to get a replacement for the broken part for the door they installed) but never follow up. Horrible customer service, expect zero support once they walk away from your property. Especially bad reviews for Ekaterina Vinokurova who personally promissed a response and broke it, multiple times.
Very unprofessional and unreliable specially ekaterina! My door installation was scheduled for the 3rd week of November on Thursday the 20th, and they never showed up. I tried calling several times and they didn’t pick up. They only sent me a message saying they would call me back, but they never did and stopped responding completely. This level of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. I do not recommend their service.
Extremely disappointing experience. This has been the most unprofessional customer service I’ve encountered in the construction industry in Toronto. Ekaterina repeatedly provided assurances that were never fulfilled, and our door and window installation has now been delayed for over a month with no firm timeline or clear communication.
