Very unprofessional and unreliable specially ekaterina! My door installation was scheduled for the 3rd week of November on Thursday the 20th, and they never showed up. I tried calling several times and they didn’t pick up. They only sent me a message saying they would call me back, but they never did and stopped responding completely. This level of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. I do not recommend their service.
Extremely disappointing experience. This has been the most unprofessional customer service I’ve encountered in the construction industry in Toronto. Ekaterina repeatedly provided assurances that were never fulfilled, and our door and window installation has now been delayed for over a month with no firm timeline or clear communication.
