The doctor seems very knowledgeable in her field. However the biggest frustration for me is finding the right diabetes medicine for me. I feel like they are only promoting drugs that are from their reps ($) The medicine that are prescribed to me either doesn’t work or it’s way too expensive. ($1000 a month). There are so many drugs out there that’s affordable. A nurse is supposed to call me and discuss a plan. He left a message and I called back no response. I feel like I need to see a specialist to get the right medication.
I am extremely happy with Dr. Muppuri as my PCP. She is thorough, kind, professional and takes time to listen. I have since recommended her to neighbors who also selected her and are pleased. Thank you for your support!
Nice office with friendly cheerful help. Dr was concerned for my wellbeing. She explained everything so I could understand.
