Painful. Vintop slogan "we develop for better lives" is so misrepresenting in my experience with evidence that stretches one year ongoing that has been so negatively impactful and shocking. The unit was handed over in an unlivable state with significant evidence. Most of the team international here for a short time photo ops and what not then leaves out of BC even Canada & proven does their hiring / solicitation with providers that suit them (in bed with each other so to speak proven). There are no words. All words not suitable. Photos tell the story. Living in a h3!! hole never any peace just problems and a ghosted developer that shows up when it’s a ribbon ceremony to be noticed and then ghosts again. Claims to have all this experience yet not in Canada and the results show it. The massive amount of broken and ‘delicate’ and unfinished product is real. As if built like a snowflake in the wind…
From our experience our tower was marketed as a DOMUS home as Developer (for years) with mounds of marketing evidence yet later found out behind the scenes through a legal search that this new developer Vintop knew all along they were the Developer as per the filing date. Then DOMUS and the Designer mysteriously disappeared and won’t talk (NDA?) and the nightmare living in post completion is a nightmare from building itself to completion poor presentation, to safety concerns, to aesthetics to services they selected and the g... read more
