my window has been broken into twice, the other tenants sell drugs and attract a very unwanted crowd (druggies, gang members, wannabe cholos,) multiple times ive seen somebody passed out in their vehicle due to drugs, it reeks of marijuana at night time ive had to contact authorities multiple times at this apartment.
I THOUGHT THIS PLACE WAS SAFE BUT I GUESS NOT THE NEIGHBORS DON’T RESPECT AND THEY PUT THE MUSIC OUT LOUD AND MY NEIGHBORS ARE HITTING THE WALLS I BEEN HERE 2 MONTHS AND THEY DON’T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT PS WHOS THE OWNER OF THIS APARTMENTS VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND REPUTATION
These apartments used to be nice to live in but recently new people have moved in and they are not safe anymore. Car tires have been slashed, cars are dented and a truck was just stolen from the parking lot. There are no cameras and no one is ever at the office so people do whatever they want. Don’t rent here!!
I never leave reviews but they were very helpful. I think her name was Danielle but she answered all my questions, and was very kind!
