First off, I haven’t ever written a bad review for anything. I will say the technical service is good. However, that’s where it ends for my first personal and only experience with Vinton computer. The salesman (owner) was not completely honest when I purchased what I thought was a new PC. It was clearly priced like a brand new system when compared to the Dell web site for new PC’s. I found Vinton Computer's ad in a local magazine and decided to call them. Chris was extremely nice and patient while I explained my various computer problems. I brought in my laptop and it was fixed the next day. I was so happy that I ended up bringing all 3 of our computers to be cleaned and upgraded. When I couldn't get my printer to work he offered to come by my house and fix it for me. After the repair he wouldn't accept payment for the house call. I was astonished!
