I highly recommend Arnold Morello and his team at Vintage Wood Floors and Stairways! They just refinished our hardwood floors. On Arnold's first visit, during which he provided a lot of helpful information and gave me his price right on the spot, I felt so confident that the job would be done right that I knew even if other estimates came in cheaper or faster I would still go with Arnold. That turned out to be the right decision! No regrets!! Arnold and his team were truly dedicated to doing the job right. Arnold let me know... read more
Our beautiful new stair rails, newel post and balusters were installed by the skilled Vintage Wood Floors and Stairways technicians. The three installers, carefully covered our floors and stair treads before removing our legacy stair rails and installing the beautiful new ones. When the job was complete, they thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed the area leaving no dust or debris. They were professional, polite, and excellent at their jobs. Owner Arnold Morello carefully measured our space and specified safer, longer rails instal... read more
This company and every single one of its employees are top notch. From first conversation to the estimate (totally reasonable) to the work and finished product...just an amazing refinish of a humble 1920s staircase that turned out more beautiful than I thought was even possible. The craftsmen were so skilled, cleaned every step of the way, and made sure they answered every question. I'm already planning the redo of my back staircase. Thank you, Arnold and the folks at Vintage Wood Floors and Stairways! May I add, Arnold was ... read more
Vintage Stairs did an amazing job on our stair railing. They replaced an old wooden one that was starting to be unsafe with young children in our house and replaced it with metal balusters and beautiful wood handrail. The gentleman that came to replace and install the new railing were very polite and professional and worked with us to get the right look. I would strongly recommend using Vintage. You won't regret it!
Arnold, Jose and Daniel provided beautiful design, replaced 13 steps and risers and removed partial walls, opening up and modernizing our living space. They always kept their work area clean and neat. Vintage is now part of our contractor list for future jobs and we will certainly pass along this information to our friends and neighbors. Great company to contract with in the Gainesville/Haymarket area. Sandy and Jon Crissey
