Chris is well known for his expert work on windows, and he is the go-to guy for our non-profit, but his talents are not limited to windows: his versatility and craftsmanship in all aspects of carpentry/historic restoration put him in a class by himself!
Chris was so helpful teaching me how to the reglaze my windows. I’m so glad I invested in learning how to do this the right way with the right tools. My old windows are beautiful, but badly in need of restoration. They’ve been painted shut and most of the ropes are broken. I did not want to replace my beautiful (and huge) old windows with either vastly inferior or outrageously expensive new windows. He has great tips on restoration, quality products to use, techniques, and tips for efficiency... I highly recommend Vintage Window Restoration LLC if you need work done; or if your wanting to tackle window preservation yourself... This guy is great!
