I cannot warn people strongly enough to stay away from Jasper Vintage VW. This place is a complete scam. They are not honest, not thorough, and they will absolutely nickel and dime you for every single dollar you’re willing to spend—without ever actually fixing your car properly.I brought in my vintage VW and ended up spending over $8,000, and guess what? I’ve used these guys since 2017 for maintenance and engine work (not restoration yet) but every time the work has been great. They are also incredibly helpful at answering any questions I have.

Save your time and go somewhere else. 1.5 years for an engine rebuild on a 73 VW van, and spent over 11k on what was estimated at 4K. Worst service ever. Wish I would have towed it somewhere else, but I stuck it through and they completely ripped me off. It went into another shop to fix what they messed up.

Worst receptionist ever. Normally you can tell just by that how your service will be. But if that didn’t sell you, took them over a year to finish a simple project that took another shop a week to redue what they messed up.
