The people that work there are fucking retards. I brought in 3 items to trade in and what should have taken 2 minutes took almost an hour. The manager was sitting in his office eating a fucking burger while he should have been helping. Then when I lost my patience they kicked me out of the store. Retards.

Great customer service and super friendly I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and within two minutes of being here was asked if I needed help with anything. Everyone had a positive attitude and was super helpful.

Absolutely the worst ever!! Never have i seen a company that cares so little for their customers. Seriously how can literally steal from the customers and think its ok!?!? At least the ast manager gave somewhat useful information. Wow. Never again will i come to this store. I’ve already told everyone i know about my experience. Tragic i use to like this store. But this is ridiculous an entire month waiting for a 2 day shipping.....

If you want to an apathetic greeting, passive aggressive customer service, or mediocre sales associates, this is the place for you! Stopped by to spend some ca$h, and trade in some games...barely stepped a foot inside the door to be graciously barked at with “if you’re wanting to trade those in, you’ll have to wait. There’s a guy ahead of you and it’ll be 45 minutes to an hour.” All wrapped up with an eye roll. Thanks girl with the glasses...but nope. I’ll go spend my money elsewhere. Billy, Page and both Josh's have been amazing! I have spent countless hours here in the last three days and have brought in a very large amount of time consuming trades. They have treated me with absolute respect, been very patient and attentive as well. I couldn't have asked for better service and just overall kindness from this particular stores employees as a whole. I am officially a life long customer with this store and will bring my family's business here from now on! Thank you guys for everything!

I think all the guys that work there are awesome and help so much! We went in when they were closing and we got a used movie and the guy at the front that was checking us out said he would resurfce the movie when he was clsing the store and that he would have it ready first thing i the mornn and he did it was perfet looking.the staff i great there right now! I dont go to any other one now!!

So done with Vintage Stock. Walked in to the BA location went to the counter not even acknowledged even though at least two employees were stocking or piddling around. A guy walks in and they immediately offered to help him find something. They looked over at me several times while I was at the counter never offering to help or see if I needed something until another customer walked over...You guessed it a GUY!
