I don’t know the name of the kid but he’s blonde with long long hair but when i was in the store the other day he was yelling at someone on the phone before passing it to another employee and then proceeded to go to the restroom and start screaming and yelling and having what i can only describe as a genuine temper tantrum and from what i could tell throwing around things. it was beyond bizarre and makes me concerned for both the employees of this store and fellow customers knowing an employee can get so irate and violent. I had spent probably over $1000 here over a couple years. When they "buy back", they pay only pennies on the dollar. Ok, I know they need to make money. Then I began stocking up on DVDs. I had bought like $400 worth in just a few days. I found that they had charged MORE for some USED DVDs than a nearby competitor for brand new DVDs. I asked to return about 7 only ONE HOUR after buying them, still in plastic wrap, etc. They balked and said "it's not our policy" and such. They did finally let me do those few. Vintage Stock – Norman, OK – April 4, 2026 My wife was paid $80 for items that included two Mega Funko Pops worth over $80 EACH. Within less than an hour, she was told she could return with the receipt and money to reverse the transaction. She came back immediately… and was refused. Staff claimed they “talked to a manager and HR,” then contradicted themselves saying the manager wasn’t even working.
