REVIEW FOR 339 MONROE IN DOWNTOWN LAFAYETTE:- When I first moved in, I had water bugs and crickets falling out of my vents, which the property manager told me was just all of Louisiana. Later I found out through the maintenance team that there had been a hole in the ventilation system somewhere that had caused them to get in. The whole complex smells very strongly of weed, so if you have little children, think twice.
