Jacob and Richard were wonderful. We lost our electric in 2 rooms unexpectedly. Called and talked to Jacob about what was going on with the electric, as we just purchased the house 4 months prior. He scheduled Richard to come out next day and he worked diligently getting the electric up and running. Plus installed ceiling fan in the room that had the issue. Jacob and team are true professionals and meticulously detailed in their work. We bought a home in Vanleer and found out after closing that the seller/renovator did not apply for a final electrical inspection by the State of TN. (Fun Friday night surprise) Jacob's team was called in to get our home inspection-ready and safe for our family. They made sure ground wires were correct in all rooms, fixed non-working plugs, rehung the porch light that fell and fixed hood range lights.
