Was referred by my brother. He gave me a quote and then nearly doubled the amount a week later. He did an ok job but didn't finish everything. He said he would be back in a week to finish. A week later I called him and he gave me an excuse. I call back a few days later and gives me another excuse. I call back a few more times and he stops answering my calls.
