My overall experience was okay with Dr. Abdullahi Hassan, the visit went great and he was informative in the consultation. The issue here was with the staff who manage the front desk. I was advised that upon my dental insurance benefits being confirmed, I’d receive a refund since my copay is way less but I was charged a $150 fee as my insurance benefits had not been verified. This oral surgeon office is top tier!!! I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed under IV sedation just yesterday morning and im doing great!! Lol I dont remember a thing took a nap and it was all over!! and Little to no pain and just a bit of swelling. I also was running late to my appointment and they were very understanding and compassionate. Dr. Hassan and his team were amazing and did an amazing job. To put it simply i would recommend them to anyone. I had my wisdom teeth extracted all at once and it frankly could not have gone any better.
