An absolute gem of an apartment. Great 24 hour party room. Great conference room. Free guest heated parking. An on-site Whole Foods store. Free coffee machine, tea and flavored water machine. Free ice cream in the community freezer. Clean and well designed spaces. Good summer-time pool.
It’s been great so far 3 years in two different apartments. Very quiet which is how I like it. View of the city is nice. I should take advantage of more of the building’s amenities like the pool, gym, party room but I don't use them as much as I should. The concierge is great i know when packages arrive via the phone app. It’s a great place to live.
Property management is racist. My friends and I were threatened by management that we would be arrested for trespassing. We were visiting our friend who lives in the apartment! You could have gave us a warning that we were too loud but no. Went straight to “I already called the police and they’ll be here in 15 minutes.” We left, and the police never came. Property management deleted my first review as well! Residents and prospective residents beware!

I have lived in this building for 2.5 years. The first two years were great. Then my lease renewal rolled around and new management took over. Since then, I regret resigning my lease and am stuck for another year because they won’t work with you on creative options outside of written lease terms. Things that occurred since I resigned - - maintenance requests will take 2-3 weeks at best if they get answered at all.
