The staff was always friendly, responsive, and quick to address any maintenance issues or concerns. There were no unexpected charges or surprises during my time here, which I appreciated. The location is a major plus, especially having Whole Foods conveniently located right below the building. The property is a more mature building, and some of the appliances show their age, but management was attentive whenever issues came up. After living her for a few months, Darian and the rest of the staff has been very helpful with making us feel welcome and with maintenance requests.
There are no new reviews from current residents so i felt it was important to share my experience. Just put in my notice to move. Poorly built building from management that only cares about charging maximum amount. The pool was closed for most of the year. Maintenance did not fill requests in a timely manner. The gym AC has been broken for several months. Did not enjoy living with other residents. Everyone stays and its a lot of older people so it felt very unwelcoming. I have been living in the Vintage on Selby building for the past few months. It is everything I was hoping it would be, the apartment is lovely, the building is clean and well kept, the location is wonderful. The staff is accessible and helpful. Highly recommend
I’ve really enjoyed living at Vintage. The staff are always kind and easy to talk to, and it never feels like you’re just another tenant to them. Whenever I’ve needed help—whether it’s a maintenance request or a quick question—they’ve been responsive and actually follow through. Plus, they always have a smile and a treat ready for my dog- which he loves. The amenities are a big plus too.
