We lived at Vintage on Selby for about 3.5 years, and thought overall it was a great place to live! The staff are very friendly and made our time there very enjoyable. The Whole Foods underneath the apartment complex was very convenient - we referred to it as “the pantry.” The pool, gym, and other amenities were very nice and well maintained! Incredible facilities/amenities, kind leasing office, great community, and reasonable rates.
The staff was always friendly, responsive, and quick to address any maintenance issues or concerns. There were no unexpected charges or surprises during my time here, which I appreciated. The location is a major plus, especially having Whole Foods conveniently located right below the building. The property is a more mature building, and some of the appliances show their age, but management was attentive whenever issues came up.
