I have been living in the Vintage on Selby building for the past few months. It is everything I was hoping it would be, the apartment is lovely, the building is clean and well kept, the location is wonderful. The staff is accessible and helpful. Highly recommend
I’ve really enjoyed living at Vintage. The staff are always kind and easy to talk to, and it never feels like you’re just another tenant to them. Whenever I’ve needed help—whether it’s a maintenance request or a quick question—they’ve been responsive and actually follow through. Plus, they always have a smile and a treat ready for my dog- which he loves. The amenities are a big plus too. I have been a resident since November 2025. I have lived in other apartment complexes here in Saint Paul and Portland, Oregon. I must say while the other complexes were fine, Vintage on Selby is 100% the best managed that I have experienced. All staff are friendly, kind, concerned yet professional. The building is well maintained and all areas are clean. Most importantly, I feel secure and safe living here.
