I love the store so much it's my favorite place to buy little charms jewelry and all that cute stuff but the owner I assume she's pretty rude she always gives attitude to younger people like myself and anytime me or my friends ask a question she makes it sound like it was an obvious answer but besides that I love the store

I’ve shopped here twice and both times received unfriendly, minimal service from the older woman at the counter. On my first visit, I wasn’t greeted upon entering (there were no other customers in the store) or offered assistance. At checkout, she only spoke to brusquely ask how I was paying. When I tried to make small talk and compliment the store, she didn’t engage. i usually don't write reviews, but my experience has left me so appalled i feel that i need to. i walked in the store with my friends and we greeted the older lady with a smile and did not get any sort of greeting back. the entire time we were in the store, she was kindly interacting with a white couple, but did not once offer to help my friends or i (who are all poc). when i got to the front to check out, she did not greet me at all and i had to lead the interaction myself. when i brought out the cash, she rudely told me to... read more

felt like service here was very racially motivated. Older lady (probably the owner) behind the cashier was extremely rude. overpriced too. yelp reviews will tell you the same thing lol
